Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Parents are requested to carry a photo copy and original of the documents mentioned below.

• Birth Certificate
• Aadhar Card (Updated)
• Samagra ID (Only for M.P. Domicile)
• Vaccination Card (For all students till the age of 15)
• Original Transfer Certificate (Grade 2 Onwards)
• Report Card of previous class passed
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
• Child’s Bank Passbook
• Aadhar Card of Parents for Address Proof

• Passport Photos (Original) 3 Copies Each
